We are looking for a

Product Developer Better Snacking – Adult (m/f/d)

What makes this opportunity stand out?

As a key member of our R&D team, you will play a central role at the intersection of Product Development, Marketing, Quality, and Supply Chain. You'll lead complex innovation projects, combining technical expertise with strategic thinking and driving efficient, end-to-end execution across functions.

This is what you can expect

• Independently develop and implement complex innovation and renovation projects in line with the Better Snacking (BS) category strategy
• Take responsibility for the entire R&D process: feasibility analysis, creation of food briefs, product development, and ensuring quality, safety, and nutritional value
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards (e.g., sustainability, shelf-life, RNDG compliance)
• Industrialize new products in close collaboration with Supply Chain and other relevant functions
• Continuously optimize processes and resolve technical challenges
• Contribute to product specifications according to the specifications management workflow
• Provide technical support to the BS category team and lead a PLM workstream during implementation phases
• Monitor market trends and innovations: attend trade shows, identify new raw material suppliers and technologies
• Work together with internal and external Stakeholders

This is what you need to be successful in this role

• A degree in Food Technology, Nutrition Science, or a related field
• Experience in food product development and project management
• Strong knowledge of regulatiry requirements, coupled with a high commitment to quality and innovation
• You combine technical know-how with creativity, innovation, and a strong focus on quality
• Fluency in German and English
• You enjoy cross-functional collaboration and are a true team player
