The role

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Product Developer with a strong background in the formulation and development of dietary supplements and food products. You will play a critical role in designing and improving products that align with market demands, regulatory requirements, and consumer preferences. Your expertise will contribute to developing innovative products that enhance the well-being and lifestyle of our customers.

• Market & Consumer Research : Stay updated on market trends, emerging ingredients, and consumer preferences to guide product innovation.

• Research & Sourcing: Find products, manufacturers that can produce products at scale.

• New Product Development : Lead the ideation, prototyping, and testing of new products from concept to commercialization.

• Product Formulation : Develop and refine formulations for dietary supplements and food products, focusing on ingredient quality, stability, and efficacy.

• Regulatory Compliance : Ensure product formulations and labels comply with regulatory standards (e.g., EFSA, FDA, etc.) and industry guidelines.

• Quality & Safety Standards : Collaborate with Quality Assurance to maintain high standards of product quality, safety, and consistency.

• Ingredient Sourcing : Work with suppliers to identify and source high-quality ingredients, ensuring optimal cost and sustainability.

• Cross-functional Collaboration : Work closely with R&D, Marketing, and Production teams to bring products to market effectively.

• Testing & Validation : Coordinate sensory testing, stability studies, and analytical testing to validate product efficacy and shelf life.

• Technical Documentation : Prepare technical specifications, process sheets, and other required documentation for product manufacturing.

• Continuous Improvement : Monitor product performance and implement improvements based on feedback, research, and quality reviews.

We are looking for someone that has

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Nutrition, Chemistry, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

• Proven experience (3+ years) in product development within the dietary supplements, nutraceutical, or food industry.

• Strong understanding of ingredient interactions, formulation principles, and food regulations.

• Familiarity with quality control processes and product testing methodologies.

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Creative mindset with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
