Product Developer - Electrically Conductive Coatings (m/f/d)

What you will do

Develop and optimize electrically conductive pastes and coatings
Apply and test conductive coatings on electrically insulating materials such as plastics
Collaborate closely with production, marketing, and technology development teams
Conduct laboratory experiments, analyze data, and document findings
Continuously improve existing products and processes to enhance quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
Ensure quality standards and compliance with safety regulations are met

What you will need

University degree in Chemistry, Physics, Engineering, or a related field
Experience in materials science and engineering, especially with conductive pastes and coatings
Strong technical understanding and knowledge of coating techniques on plastic materials
Solution-oriented, independent, and structured working style
Quick comprehension, assertiveness, and creativity
Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for working in an international, interdisciplinary team
Fluent English skills; German is a plus
