Product Development Manager Opportunity

As a Product Development Manager, you will drive product strategy, foster innovation, and ensure our portfolio meets the highest standards of excellence in the aerospace industry for ZERODUR glass ceramic.

Contribution Expectations

• Define and execute product development plans, including roadmap, pricing, and marketing strategies.
• Manage the product portfolio throughout its lifecycle, ensuring performance and continuous improvement.
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities and guide strategic decisions.
• Develop business cases and plans for new product ideas, driving innovation and growth.
• Lead product launches and support sales teams with training, technical advice, and marketing materials.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and academic networks, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements

• Masters degree in Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field; PhD is an asset.
• Proven experience in product management, ideally in high-tech, materials, or aerospace industries.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate market insights into actionable strategies.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex projects and collaborate across global teams.
• Fluent in English; German and French language skills are an advantage.
