Product Development Project Manager (m/f/d)

Aufgaben

• Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams across all phases of the product lifecycle, from concept to post‑launch improvements.
• Plan and control projects, including objectives, scope, deliverables, resources, budget, milestones, and risk management.
• Ensure projects meet performance, quality, cost, and time‑to‑market targets, securing robust industrialisation and market introduction.
• Drive continuous improvement, cost reduction, and obsolescence management for products in series life.
• Facilitate communication and decision‑making among stakeholders and external partners, resolving conflicts and aligning priorities.
• Apply and improve project management standards, tools, and processes, ensuring complete and compliant documentation.
• Provide clear reporting on project status, KPIs, risks, and decisions to management and governance bodies.

Profil

• Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or related field; additional certification in Project Management (PMI, IPMA, Prince2, Agile) is a plus.
• 5+ years of experience in project management in an industrial environment, ideally in product development.
• Proven ability to manage multidisciplinary projects across design, industrialisation, manufacturing, logistics, and market introduction.
• Experience with series life‑cycle management (continuous improvement, cost reduction, obsolescence) is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of project management principles, product development processes, and manufacturing constraints.
• Knowledge and practices of AI tools is an asset.
• Skilled in project management tools and structured problem‑solving.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills; able to motivate cross‑functional teams and manage trade‑offs.
• Highly organised, proactive, and results‑oriented with strong customer and market focus.
• Fluent in English; position based in Tuttlingen with occasional travel.
