Avelios Medical

Product Education Manager

Stellenbeschreibung:

ABOUT US

Our mission at Avelios is to build the leading software platform for the data-driven digitization of hospitals and patient care. To do so, we have built a modular software platform that digitizes and optimizes workflows in hospitals with cutting-edge technology in a user-friendly way. With our software, we enable hospitals, doctors & nurses to provide their patients with the best possible care.
We are growing fast and want to keep expanding our team and business to fundamentally digitize healthcare for the better. We appreciate different backgrounds and see diversity as one of our strengths.

THE TEAM AND ROLE

As a Product Education Manager (all genders) you'll build and scale the Avelios Academy into a modern, hands-on learning ecosystem for hospitals, external trainers, and internal teams. Your mission: help clinical users get productive with Avelios software quickly, safely, and confidently — and keep them there as the product evolves. You turn product knowledge into clear, role-based learning experiences that actually get used. You make sure content is accurate, easy to understand, and always up to date, and you design scalable processes that reduce training, support, and change-management effort over time.

This role blends strategic thinking with hands-on execution. You'll shape how learning works at Avelios, while actively creating content, building processes, and rolling out tools that scale with our growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Build and scale the Avelios Knowledge Hub: Own the structure and logic of the learning platform - from learning paths and courses to quizzes, certifications, and role-based access

  • Create high-quality product learning content: Produce and maintain video scripts, training and demo videos, written guides, quick references, cheat sheets, and FAQs - tailored to real clinical workflows

  • Work closely with product and change teams: Partner with Product Management, Change Management, and customer-side learning teams to turn product updates into clear, consistent, and scalable learning experiences

  • Own content quality and governance: Set up review and compliance processes, keep content in sync with releases, and ensure everything stays accurate, didactically strong, and easy to use

  • Scale through tools and automation: Build certification and trainer programs and roll out enablement tools like academy chatbots or in-product overlays - including content ownership and quality assurance

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in healthcare, psychology, media & communication or a similar field

  • Experience in training, e-learning, customer education or enablement, ideally for software or B2B SaaS products

  • Strong didactic skills and a talent for turning complex topics into clear, structured, and scalable content

  • High quality standards, attention to detail, and confidence in editorial and version management

  • A proactive, hands-on, ownership-driven mindset and a pragmatic approach to execution

  • Strong stakeholder communication skills - experience working with medical stakeholders, compliance or review processes is a plus

  • Fluency in German and English

YOUR BENEFITS

  • Variety in your tasks and the opportunity to take ownership

  • An international, informal team structure in a motivating start-up atmosphere, allowing you to participate directly in our customer growth story and the overall success of Avelios

  • Ability to gain valuable hands-on experience in a startup backed by leading international VCs

  • Support for your personal development through continuous learning and feedback

  • Set your own rhythm with flexible working hours and trust-based time tracking

  • A virtual stock option package (VSOP) that lets you participate in Avelios' long-term value creation

  • A monthly meal allowance up to 75 euros, full coverage of the Deutschlandticket, Urban Sports Club or a subsidized Wellpass membership, a bike leasing program and Corporate Benefits that give you access to discounts from a wide range of providers in various areas
