We are looking for a motivated Product Expert ERP D365 Service (m/f/d) to join our CWS Hygiene team. The role is fully remote within Germany!
Your Mission
As Product Expert ERP D365, you become part of our international IT organisation within CWS Hygiene. You use your expertise to support our service departments, who daily make use of Dynamics 365 to service our customers. You analyse customer requirements and design, plan, implement and optimise functional and technical components. In this role, you facilitate different departments in their daily work and contribute indirectly to excellent service delivery towards our customers.
What will be your key tasks & responsibilities as a Product Expert ERP D365 Service (m/f/d)?
- You use your hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 Operations (supply and service modules) to coordinate and execute further deployments and releases across Europe;
- You create functional requirement documents (FRDs) and maintain release documentation, incl. release notes and structured release plans;
- Write and perform end-to-end test cases and align processes with business needs, based on input from local stakeholders with whom you actively communicate and collaborate;
- Build and manage various dashboards (Fresh Service, Azure DevOps) that enable you to track SLAs, monitor statuses and ensure timely closure of work items;
- Support audits and compliance topic;
- Closely collaborate with developers, experts, implementation managers and project managers whilst keeping the internal and external customer in mind.

- Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Operations (supply and service modules);
- Experience with deployment and release coordination, as well as writing and testing Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs);
- Strong organisational skills to manage multiple streams simultaneously.
