Product Lead/ Product Enablement

Overview

Salary: £70,000–£80,000 | Location: Berlin ( office visits approx. 2x per month)

A leading global e-commerce brand is looking for a Product Lead / Product Enablement Manager to standardise product ways of working and enable high-performing product teams.

You’ll sit at the heart of product, supporting teams across the full lifecycle — from discovery to delivery and optimisation — while driving alignment, consistency, and execution across key digital initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Standardise and improve product ways of working across teams
• Enable and coach product teams via frameworks, best practices, and training
• Oversee end-to-end product delivery from discovery to optimisation
• Drive alignment across Product, Design, and Engineering
• Support high-impact digital and e-commerce initiatives

Qualifications

• 7+ years in product management or related roles
• 3+ years in product leadership, enablement, or coaching
• Strong experience in e-commerce or digital platforms
• Deep knowledge of product discovery, delivery, and optimisation
• Experience implementing product frameworks and agile/lean practices
• Strong facilitation, coaching, and stakeholder-alignment skills

Working Model

Remote-first with occasional office visits (approx. 2x per month)
