We are seeking an experienced Product Lifecycle Manager to oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of our innovative IoT offerings for the energy distribution, automation systems, and networks markets. In this critical role, you will be responsible for driving the strategic planning, development, and commercialization of our IoT product portfolio, ensuring it aligns with customer needs and market trends.

You’ll make an impact by

  • Product Strategy and Roadmap:
    • Develop and maintain the long-term product strategy and roadmap for our IoT offerings in the energy, automation, and network domains
    • Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to identify new product opportunities and enhancements
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, features, and priorities
  • Product Lifecycle Management:
    • Manage the complete product lifecycle, from ideation and development to launch, maintenance, and end-of-life
    • Coordinate with engineering, sales, marketing, and support teams to ensure seamless product delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Monitor product performance, gather customer feedback, and implement continuous improvements
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:
    • Develop and execute effective go-to-market strategies, including pricing, packaging, and positioning
    • Work closely with the marketing team to create compelling product messaging, collateral, and campaigns
    • Support the sales team by providing product expertise, training, and sales enablement resources
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:
    • Serve as the central point of contact for all IoT product-related activities, fostering collaboration across various teams
    • Participate in product development and project management activities, ensuring timely delivery and quality
    • Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies throughout the product lifecycle

Your defining qualities

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field. Master's degree preferred
  • 7+ years of experience in product lifecycle management, with a focus on IoT solutions in the energy, automation, or network industries
  • Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex, software-intensive products
  • Strong understanding of IoT technologies, platforms, and industry trends
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make data-driven decisions
  • Project management and cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices
