Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Includes the following, other duties may be assigned as needed:

• Conduct quantitative analysis (e.g., tracking error, performance contribution, revenue breakdown, market share insight, sensitivity analysis and Sharpe ratio), leveraging Bloomberg and Morningstar Direct
• Propose and design new product ideas based on ongoing market assessments and by analyzing available quantitative data
• Participate in the team's daily work flow, including strategic projects, conducting ad hoc analyses to answer questions from institutional investors, updating and improving product marketing collateral (sales presentations, product landing pages, ..)
• Provide input for whitepapers (quantitative analysis, literature research, …)
• Review and improve SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and overall language quality of the VanEck Europe's website in your native language
• Identify and contact financial influencers
• Verify and update fund information on external databases (Morningstar, Bloomberg, Fundinfo, ..)

Profile

• Degree in Economics / Econometrics, (Mathematical) Finance, or Engineering; CFA level 1 is a plus
• Good academic / high school grades
• Rigor and a natural sense for delivering high quality end products
• Ability to multi-task and work independently
• Language skills: Native speaker in either of the following languages: Spanish, Italian, French, English, German, Dutch or Polish.
