About the Role:

Join Riverty in a highly impactful leadership role where you'll define and drive the consumer product strategy for Riverty’s debt collection and debt purchase business. You will lead the transformation from traditional, agent-driven debt collection to a digitally enabled, consumer-centric experience across all markets and touchpoints.

Your mission is to shape the end-to-end consumer journey ensuring that every interaction reflects empathy, efficiency, and business impact. You will act as the strategic driver and people leader for multiple product teams and lead the execution of initiatives that deliver measurable outcomes in engagement, conversion, and recovery rates.

Your Responsibilities

• Define and execute the consumer product strategy across all consumer touchpoints with a focus on our digital channels and touchpoints.
• Lead and mentor product teams across multiple locations and maturity levels.
• Combine long-term vision with hands-on delivery — leading both roadmap definition and tangible execution of initiatives that drive measurable value.
• Drive digital-first transformation using automation, personalization, and AI.
• Own and optimize the end-to-end consumer experience across markets.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver measurable outcomes.

What You Bring

• 5+ years in digital product management, ideally in fintech or financial services.
• Proven leadership of consumer product portfolios across multiple markets.
• Strong experience in cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management.
• Deep understanding of digital consumer journeys and AI-driven automation.
• Excellent English & German skills (C1+); other European languages a plus.
