You will be contributing to that vision by…

* developing and implementing strategies and products to drive revenue & customer growth, cost of sales improvements and efficiency enhancements for the global air freight, within the agreed-upon timeline, financial budget, and objectives.

* collaborating and coordinating with the global air freight leadership team and regional teams to ensure consistent and aligned execution of created strategies and products across all markets.

* engaging with key stakeholders to gather feedback and insights for continuous product improvement.

* leading the development and execution of innovative air freight products across operations, sales, and IT, tailored to different market segments and contributing to the achievement of global air freight targets including concepts and business cases.

* analyzing the existing product portfolio to identify opportunities for product enhancements, optimization strategies, and new market developments.

* establishing key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product strategies and initiatives, enabling efficient tracking and reporting on product performance to derive actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.

* conducting comprehensive market research to identify emerging trends, customer needs, and competitive strategies in the global air freight industry.

* promoting knowledge sharing and best practices across global teams to enhance product excellence.

* Have air freight experience in operations, sales or tender management

* Have the ability to manage large-scale projects in a structured manner and coordinate with international teams

* Have strong analytical skills with a focus on detail and accuracy

* Be a Team player

* Be service minded and with a high degree of ownership

* Be proactive and capable of handling responsibilities without needing to be micromanaged

* Have an outgoing personality with well-developed communication skills

* Be results driven and persistent in meeting day-to-day challenges and goals

* Be able to communicate well in English, both spoken and written
