Job Description Summary

Drive the global growth of PayPal’s Buy Now, Pay Later and Consumer Products by transforming data into actionable insights that align with a bold product vision and real customer needs. Lead agile practices—including sprint planning and retrospectives—to ensure seamless execution. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams of designers, researchers, and data scientists to identify opportunities, improve experiences, and deliver meaningful, customer‑focused innovation.

Essential Responsibilities

• Inputs to product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product.
• Implement the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation, while meeting regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, customer needs, and product profitability.
• Control for the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and as an input to decision making.
• Monitor metrics that inform the success of products including usability studies, research, and market analysis.
• Manage one or more workstreams to include analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making.
• Monitor product profitability measures, including budget.
• Participate in operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interface with product leadership as needed.
• Partner with content developers, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Additional Responsibilities and Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in Payments, FinTech, Banking.
• Experience working with Partnerships like schemes (Visa, Mastercard, Banks, PSPs).
• Experience with Consumer as well as Merchant/Business Facing Products.
• Experience in building and scaling platforms to accelerate growth.
