Product Manager – Data, Telemetry & Analytics (m/f/d)

As Product Manager for Data, Telemetry & Analytics, you’ll be responsible for driving the development of digital features that turn raw system data into real customer value – for both internal users (e.g., service and operations teams) and external stakeholders such as EPCs, energy operators, and potential new users.

Your mission

Define the product vision and roadmap for STABL’s data‑driven services – including monitoring, analytics and fleet performance insights.
Translate customer and operational needs into clear product requirements that align telemetry with firmware and battery control systems.
Launch and evolve key tools such as dashboards, APIs, alerts, health metrics and optimization workflows.
Own the product lifecycle process: from concept validation to technical feasibility and rollout.
Prioritize features and improvements based on impact, user feedback and cross‑functional input.

Your profile

5+ years of experience in product management or ownership – ideally in cleantech, IoT, industrial cloud or energy software.
Familiarity with data architecture concepts (e.g., APIs, telemetry protocols, edge/cloud pipelines and data models).
Practical experience in building or scaling remote hardware & embedded architectures, including OTA update flows, provisioning, and secure access.
A track record of turning raw data into monetizable features by creating real customer value – through insights, workflow tools, or operational improvements.
Excellent communication skills – able to translate complex technical topics into product direction for a wide range of stakeholders.
A proactive mindset and a desire to build products that make battery storage systems smarter, cleaner, and more efficient.
Familiarity with the needs of B2B users in energy or infrastructure – such as installers, operators, or internal support teams – is a plus.
Fluent in English; German is a plus.
