Product Manager (eHealth / Hospital Software) (m/w/d)

We are looking for a Product Manager, who builds up an impactful healthcare software and enjoys working at the intersection of technology, users and business. As Product Manager you are comfortable at translating complex clinical needs into a clear product direction. Over and beyond the Product Manager values collaboration, transparency and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive the development of a new software solution for hospital environments
• Gather, analyze, and prioritize requirements from clinicians, hospital staff, and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the CTO to define and evolve the product vision and strategy
• Translate business and clinical needs into clear problem statements and high-level product requirements
• Build and maintain the product roadmap, including release planning and milestones
• Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation
• Collaborate closely with software architects and engineers throughout design and implementation
• Support sprint planning, backlog refinement, and release coordination
• Track product usage, engagement, and key metrics to inform decisions
• Collect and synthesize feedback from clinicians and hospital personnel to continuously improve the product

Qualifications

• Strong technical understanding and ability to work closely with engineering teams
• Excellent communication skills and ability to align diverse stakeholders
• Structured, analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Comfort working in cross-functional, fast-moving environments
• A positive attitude and a sense of humor
• Experience in eHealth, HealthTech, or other regulated industries
• Familiarity with hospital environments and clinical workflows
• Experience working with agile product development teams
