Product Manager I (AP)

Job Purpose

当部署はエンドポイント商材(主にPC,PC周辺機器,アプリケーション)の仕入れやマーケティングにもかかわる販売戦略をプランし,会社の売り上げや純利益向上を助長させるプロダクトマネージャーが在籍する本部に属しております。
アプリケーション部では,エンドポイントのアプリケーション(ソフトウェア)を扱う多くのメーカーを担当している部署となります。
今回募集するポジションとしては,アプリケーションの仕入れ担当プロダクトマネージャーであり,当社内での当該ベンダー製品のブレインとなりメーカーとの関係性継続や販売店へ提案など,会社の売り上げを増加させる役割をになってほしいと考えております。
多数のベンダーを担当うする為,ＨＷベンダーやＳ＇ベンダー同士と協業しコラボさせることで本部内で相乗効果を目指し目標の達成や,自身の業務内容を
試行錯誤しながら実直に取り組み,社内の営業担当とのコミュニケーションもリクエストに対しても迅速かつ営業的感覚を持ったレスポンスのできる人材を求めております。

Responsibilities

• 四半期および年間の販売目標金額を合意し,その目標金額に即した販売プランの作成やKPIの設定,メーカーへの支援要請
• 戦略在庫の設定と戦略的価格での在庫仕入れができるための価格交渉,場合により戦略在庫のみにかかわらず,発注済み製品の納期調整
• 定期的なメルマガ配信や当社ECサイトでのバナー掲載
• その他:メーカー営業担当との定例会の実施,営業向けセミナーやイベントの実施要請 等

会社売り上げに関する職務

• 各部署の販売目標管理や売り上げ向上を狙った施策の実施,案件管理と販売フォーキャストの提示
• 製品の価格設定や営業の案件対応におけるサポート,主に戦略的案件に用いる案件補填額の調整,出荷済み製品に対する金額補填による純利益率向上,純利益シミュレーション
• License更新やメーカー戦略商材,助成金設定製品の社内プロモーションによる営業の販売意識改善,社内営業に対する営業活動
• その他:営業からの問い合わせ対応,商品登録,全社アナウンス,製品チラシの作成 等

会社コスト改善に関する職務

• 適正在庫化,適正タイミングでの発注と仕入調整,購買部署との連携による在庫製品の購入要請
• 部署別コストの可視化による利益改善,販売価格の再設定,利益改善ロジックの理解と改善策の実施

主な連携他部署

• 営業部署:エンドポイント営業本部,教育事業部門,EC営業部,アドバンスソリューション部門
• 購買部署:CMHWプロキュアメント部(製品の発注や販売プラン設定など)
• ファイナンス部署:AR&Credit部,AP&VCM部(MDF管理と執行可否相談,価格補填対応など)

Knowledge, Skills and Experience

• アプリケーション(Subscription)の構成• 仕組みを理解,もしくは携わっていたこと,勉強経験があること
• IT業界での経験(2-3年程度)があれば尚可
• 営業経験があれば尚可
