Your area of responsibility

Imagine a world in which every industrial pump is connected, intelligent and part of a digital ecosystem. As Product Manager IoT Connectivity, you will play an active role in shaping this vision. Your mission: to develop and scale smart IoT solutions that connect our global pump population, provide customers with real-time insights through digital twins and foster seamless collaboration with our Industrial Flow Service teams. You will define and expand our IoT portfolio and business models based on market trends and customer needs – in close collaboration with design centers, digitalization experts and brand product owners within the Industrial Flow Division to deliver impactful and future-proof solutions.

As a product manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• Definition and further development of the IoT product strategy based on market trends and customer requirements
• Creation of business cases and evaluation of monetization models for networked services
• Translating use cases into technical requirements in collaboration with Sales, R&D and Supply Chain
• Leading cross-functional teams to deliver hardware, firmware and cloud components
• Monitoring product performance and continuous optimization
• Support for go-to-market activities through training and sales support
• Presentation of progress and strategic direction to senior management

Our requirements

• At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the areas of IoT, software or industrial automation
• Proven experience in project management or product management, ideally in cross-functional and agile environments
• Sound understanding of networked devices, edge/cloud integration and data-driven business models
• University degree in engineering, computer science or a related field, combined with business and technical thinking
• Fluency in English; German desirable, other languages an advantage
