Join our highly skilled, motivated, and diverse international team. This is a unique opportunity to gain insights into all aspects of a regulated crypto and finance business. Collaborating closely with the Product Lead, CPO/Co-Founder, and the tech team, you will be the only PM in your team. This is an already well functioning team which needs a PM to focus on it.

About DLT Finance AG

DLT Finance is an EU-regulated infrastructure provider (founded 2019) enabling banks, brokers, exchanges, and fintechs to launch crypto products in 6-9 weeks. Regulatory compliant with 35+ pre-integrated vendors across banking, custody, compliance, and trading.

About You

Experience as a Product Manager in a tech startup. This is a mid level role, so we are looking for someone with solid experience, but not a senior.
You have a solid understanding of KYC and settlements.
It’s a plus if you have professional experience in successfully launching a financial product, and preferably a crypto product.
You prioritize client needs.
You demonstrate effective communication with all stakeholders.
You are familiar with API best practices and possess a basic understanding of software architecture.
Based in Berlin preferably.

What You Will Be Doing

Collaborating closely with our Product Lead, CPO/Co-Founder, another PM, Engineers, QA and DevOps.
Identifying and addressing client needs effectively.
Defining product roadmaps and timelines, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Managing the product development lifecycle, from concept to launch, and post-launch performance monitoring.
Collaborating with business development and Ops teams to seamlessly incorporate all requirements into the product.
Prioritizing product features and enhancements based on customer feedback, market demands, and business priorities.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and internal teams.
Staying up-to-date with industry developments and regulatory changes that could impact the product.
