About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager to lead the Reordering and Professional Services domain of our marketplace. Your responsibilities include managing customer experience around ordering (shopping lists) and reordering (buy again) as well as key accounts (procurement platform).

What to expect

• 3 months: Onboard to core processes, team routines and ongoing initiatives.
• 6 months: Take ownership of key accounts and shopping list initiative, identify gaps in the current flow, and propose a roadmap to scale these concepts.
• 12 months: Successfully execute the roadmap with measurable improvements.

You've got

• Ability to understand market problems, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to guide product decisions.
• Experience in defining a product vision, strategic roadmap, and aligning them with both business objectives and customer expectations.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills — able to define meaningful metrics and use data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities.
• Lead impactful AI products. Own the full lifecycle of 2-3 major shopping list features per year — from scoping and testing to launch and continuous improvement.
• Practical experience as a Product Manager for an agile development team (3+ years of experience) ideally in a marketplace domain.
