Job Description

• As Product Manager (m/f/d), you will drive the software roadmap including an innovative manufacturing orchestration and workflow management solution tailored to Cell and Gene Therapy production.
• You will oversee the software lifecycle, including early‑access programs, go‑to‑market strategies, documentation support, requirement gathering, and feature prioritization.
• You will collaborate cross‑functionally with software development, engineering, services, sales, and QA to ensure customer satisfaction.
• You will maintain close contact with our customers and serve as their voice within the organization.

Qualifications

• You hold an advanced degree in Life Sciences, Engineering, or Informatics and have experience in product management, ideally with a focus on software‑related topics.
• You thrive in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment and demonstrate strong self‑organization and commitment.
• You are persuasive and goal‑oriented in your approach.
• You enjoy working in interdisciplinary teams and communicating openly with other teams and departments.
• You are an excellent communicator and presenter, particularly in German and English.
