YOUR MISSION:

Join us in disrupting the international energy and environmental trading market and leave your mark in re‑defining how energy traders work!

RESPONSIBILITIES / WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Take ownership of the entire product life cycle from scoping to ideation, execution and post‑launch
Ensure product‑market fit by deeply understanding customer needs and validating solutions before development.
Leverage AI and data‑driven decision‑making to refine and prioritise product development.
Work closely with customers and internal teams (commercial, engineering, and design) to shape and refine product ideas.
Translate business needs into actionable product specifications and coordinate cross‑functional execution.
Support the go‑to‑market strategy by ensuring a seamless handover from development to commercial teams.
Apply best practices in product management to drive efficiency and innovation.
Deliver product features within the committed time, budget and quality.

YOUR PROFILE / WHO YOU ARE:

4-5 years of experience in Product Management, with a proven track record of understanding customer needs, participating in the product development lifecycle, and contributing to bringing products to market.
Preferably, significant professional experience working in the energy trading or the renewable energy sector. A strong understanding of energy markets and trading processes is advantageous.
Degree in business informatics, computer science, business, or similar
Profound knowledge of PM tools (e.g. Jira) and data‑driven work
Strong communication, collaboration and interpersonal skills; experience in stakeholder management
Entrepreneurial attitude with a proactive and results‑driven approach
Fluent in English
