Department: Product Management Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Mannheim Description As a Product Manager, you will own the development and execution of new ESG products, ensuring they align with evolving international regulations. You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, UI/UX teams, and development teams to shape best-in-class solutions. While prior knowledge of ESG laws is a plus, a strong interest in sustainability, compliance, and product innovation is essential. You will navigate a fast-changing regulatory landscape, helping businesses stay ahead while making a meaningful impact on global sustainability efforts. This role is based in Mannheim, a vibrant tech hub at the heart of Germany, where you'll collaborate with a talented, forward-thinking team. We embrace a hybrid work model, with three days a week in the office, ensuring the perfect balance between in-person collaboration and remote flexibility. Key Responsibilities Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams including UI/UX, development, and product delivery to bring products to life. Ensuring regulatory compliance by staying informed on legal requirements and integrating them into product roadmaps. Acting as the in-house product expert by keeping up-to-date with ESG legislation and proactively adapting product strategies to new developments.
