Position

Product Manager (m/f/d) – Monogastrics

Focus: Organic Acids, Feed Additives and Feed Supplements

Responsibilities

Independent management of all product lifecycle activities for existing and new products in the monogastrics segment
Coordination of workflows across departments for our monogastrics product lines
Responsibility for the development and enhancement of our product portfolios
Creation and presentation of lectures and training concepts on current topics in monogastric nutrition and grain preservation
Development, planning, and implementation of our global marketing strategy
Collaboration with local, national, and international experts, consultants, and advisory bodies

Skills & Strengths

A degree in agricultural sciences, animal sciences, or a comparable qualification
Interest and hands‑on experience in modern swine and poultry husbandry and nutrition
Solution‑oriented and pragmatic mindset
Excellent spoken and written English and German skills
Willingness to travel internationally
Strong communication and organizational skills, and a love for global collaboration
