Product Manager (AI team)

Currently, they are developing a new area focused on creating AI-based solutions for automating customer processes.

Requirements:

Degree (minimum Bachelor's) in economics, (business) computer science, or natural sciences
Strong conceptual thinking with high interest in AI and modeling
Programming experience is a plus
Passion for innovation
Familiarity with agile methods and adaptability
Fluent in German and English , spoken and written

Responsibilities:

Identify use cases that deliver real value to customers through AI
Collaborate with data scientists to develop tailored models
Design concepts for new AI features and coordinate across departments
Manage these features through development, testing, and release
Work closely with data scientists, IT, and management using agile methods
Flexible work schedule: four days in the office, one day remote or flexible
