LEWA is a leading global brand for metering pumps, process diaphragm pumps, and complete metering systems. We produce state-of-the-art technical solutions for a wide range of metering, conveying, and mixing requirements. With our innovative technologies, we support customers in the production of petrochemical products, chemicals, cleaning agents, plastics, cosmetics, as well as in the pharmaceutical, food, and beverage industries. Your area of responsibility

• Analyze global market trends to develop a clear product portfolio strategy.
• Conduct comprehensive market analyses to determine current and future customer requirements.
• Create business cases, including market potential and commercial evaluation.
• Develop technical product specifications in close cooperation with Sales, R&D, Supply Chain, and Finance.
• Work closely with the development team to realize products according to the roadmap.
• Monitor and continuously improve product performance based on feedback and key performance indicators.
• Support marketing and sales activities, e.g., by developing training materials and supporting campaigns.
• Regularly present and introduce your projects to the management team.

Our requirements

• Solid background in product management, technical sales, or project management.
• A university degree combined with proven good business and technical skills.
• Fluent in English and preferably German; knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
