We're now looking for a Product Manager - SAP SuccessFactors to take ownership of our HR systems and play a key role in shaping the next phase of our global HR landscape.
Overview
Your impact
In this role, you\'ll have real autonomy and influence. You\'ll own the SAP SuccessFactors suite end-to-end and lead its continued development across the business. Your next major milestone will be the introduction of Employee Central , creating a unified global master data foundation for HR.

Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end responsibility for the SAP SuccessFactors suite, including configuration and continuous improvement
- (Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Succession & Development, Learning, and Employee Central)
- Analyse, design, and optimise HR processes in close collaboration with Business Process Owners
- Act as product owner: roadmap definition, backlog prioritisation, release planning, and stakeholder alignment
- Develop and enhance reporting and analytics capabilities
- Manage external partners and service providers
- Plan and run workshops, testing, and training to ensure successful rollouts and high user adoption
Qualifications
- A completed degree (e.g. business, IT, computer science) or comparable qualification
- Several years of hands-on experience implementing, supporting, and developing SAP SuccessFactors
- Strong understanding of HR processes and agile/product management methods (e.g. Scrum)
- Analytical mindset, high ownership, and a pragmatic, hands-on approach
- Confident communication skills and the ability to work across international, cross-functional teams
- Fluent German and English
