Your mission
As Product Manager, you’ll own product vision, strategy, and roadmap for one of our teams — steering topi through the next phase of international scaling with the backing of PEAC Solutions. You’ll translate company strategy into a compelling product narrative, align a cross‑functional team, work closely with the engineering team and ship impactful outcomes that delight customers and thereby drive the business. You will partner closely with Engineering, Design, Commercial, Operations, Risk/Credit, Finance, Legal/Compliance, and Data teams. The role is based in our Berlin HQ.
Product Strategy & Vision
- Define and communicate a crisp, long‑term product vision aligned with topi’s mission and commercial strategy.
- Build a multi‑horizon roadmap (Quarterly and 12‑24m high‑level) balancing platform foundations with market‑specific bets.
- Set clear product principles and decision frameworks to scale consistent, high‑quality decisions.
Customer & Market Insight
- Drive product discovery with customers and partners; turn insights into validated bets.
- Define and instrument north‑star and guardrail metrics; run experiments that improve activation, conversion, retention, and NPS.
Roadmap & Delivery
- Convert strategy into prioritized, outcome‑oriented roadmaps and OKRs.
- Ensure crisp execution with Engineering & Design: from PRDs and specs to launches and impact reviews.
- Champion platform reliability, performance, and scalability alongside new feature delivery.
Cross‑Functional Leadership
- Align GTM, Operations, and Risk on launch requirements, SLAs, and readiness.
- Partner with Commercial on pricing & packaging, and with Finance on business casing.
- Communicate progress, trade‑offs, and learnings to the wider company.
What You Need To Succeed
- 3–5 years in Product Management, including leading product teams in B2B SaaS/fintech or platform businesses.
- Demonstrated ability to craft vision and strategy, then deliver measurable outcomes across complex, multi‑stakeholder environments.
- Strong product discovery & delivery toolkit (qual/quant research, JTBD, experimentation, instrumentation, lifecycle metrics).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management from engineers to execs and external partners.
- Comfortable in technical domains (APIs, integrations, data flows) and partnering deeply with Engineering.
- Nice to have: experience in payments, embedded finance/credit, risk decisioning, or hardware lifecycle solutions.
- Must: Berlin based.
- Big plus: German language fluency.
