In recent months, we’ve seen incredible early customer traction across diverse customer profiles. Now, we’re looking for an exceptional, technical product generalist to join our team and help us translate this momentum into a world‑class product that solves our customers’ most complex problems.

The Role

This is a unique opportunity to join Forgent AI on the ground floor as our first product hire .

We’re looking for a Product Manager who can own complex product and commercial problems end‑to‑end – operating at the intersection of our customers, technology, and business. You’ll partner directly with the founders and engineering team, shaping both your role and the company’s product culture as we scale.

What You’ll Do

• End‑to‑End Ownership: Lead the lifecycle of core product initiatives from discovery to launch and iteration, partnering directly with engineering to ship world‑class AI products.
• Tackle Unsolved AI Problems: Dive deep into complex, unsolved AI challenges – figuring out how to build and scale agents for high‑stakes enterprise workflows.
• Engage Strategic Customers: Work directly with customers to understand their needs, gather feedback, and become a trusted partner.
• Shape the Product Roadmap: Collaborate with customers, founders, and engineers to scope new features, define product direction, and prioritize the roadmap.
• Make AI Useful: Apply hands‑on technical know‑how (prompt engineering, context management, AI evaluations) to make cutting‑edge AI valuable for real‑world workflows.

You’ll Thrive Here If You…

• Have 2‑4 years of experience in product management, software engineering, or a related field .
• Hold a technical background (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering) or equivalent professional experience.
• Are customer‑obsessed , with a deep understanding of user pain points and how AI can drive value.
• Thrive in ambiguous, fast‑paced environments where you help build the playbook, not just follow one.
• Are a strong communicator , skilled at using both qualitative and quantitative reasoning.
• Are based in Berlin (or open to relocating).
• Speak fluent English and German .
• Bonus: Experience with AI/LLMs or B2B enterprise software .
