Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to oversee our High‑Frequency Trading (HFT) product vertical. This role is critical to our success, focusing on the discovery, design, and delivery of trading systems where every microsecond counts. You will drive the product strategy for our HFT systems, ensuring sub‑millisecond latency and near‑perfect uptime while balancing aggressive performance goals with robust risk management and regulatory compliance. You will translate complex quantitative needs into a clear, actionable roadmap that directly impacts our P&L and market share.

Key Responsibilities

• Low‑Latency System Leadership: Guide the focus, design, and continuous improvement of HFT systems to achieve and maintain sub‑millisecond latency for critical trading operations.
• High‑Availability Operations: Ensure 99.99% uptime for all critical trading systems and underlying infrastructure.
• Commercial Impact & Strategy: Shape and drive product activities to contribute directly to P&L, market share, and capital efficiency.
• Continuous Product Innovation: Lead discovery, design, and development of ongoing trading enhancements and risk monitoring tools.
• Strategic Roadmapping & Communication: Own and clearly communicate the product roadmap, aligning traders, engineering, and business stakeholders.
• System Resilience & Validation: Oversee rigorous stress‑testing and integrate trading systems into back‑testing frameworks.
• Regulatory & Compliance Alignment: Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into product planning.
• Market & Vendor Intelligence: Manage relationships with data providers and exchanges, scanning the competitive landscape.
• Stakeholder Nexus: Act as the central communication hub between traders, quants, engineers, and business stakeholders.

Product Manager Skills & Experience

• Low‑Latency Systems Experience: Proven exposure to product management or development of low‑latency or high‑frequency trading systems.
• Quantitative Acumen: Strong quantitative and analytical skills to discuss complex financial models and trading strategies.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of modern electronic trading systems, from market data ingestion to order execution.
• Trading & Risk Management Exposure: Solid grasp of financial trading principles and sophisticated risk‑management practices.
• Proven Product Execution: Track record of translating business and quantitative needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering teams.

Beneficial Experience

• Deep understanding of market microstructure, particularly within crypto markets.
• Passion for digital assets and crypto trading.
• Experience with modern, agile product management methodologies focused on delivery efficiency.
• Background in software development or infrastructure engineering for real‑time or high‑performance systems.
