Your Tasks

Strategic Product Development

Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes for fulfillment processes supported by SAP Retail
Transform Value Stream objectives into measurable product outcomes for warehouse processes supported by BlueYonder WMS
Define tactical roadmap and strategy for BlueYonder implementation
Drive product vision aligned with Value Stream objectives
Balance business requirements with technical demands
Develop and implement blueprint processes

Stakeholder Management

Build and maintain relationships with senior business stakeholders
Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration between product team and business units
Gather and align requirements with stakeholders on operational level
Ensure transparent communication flow across all stakeholder levels

Product development

Identify opportunities to streamline warehouse processes through WMS best practices
Maintain and prioritise the product backlog with focus on warehouse processes
Work daily with delivery teams on user stories, refinements, and planning meetings
Monitor delivery KPIs and ensure quality of implementations
Guide development from concept through launch
Ensure deliveries meet set product goals and business requirements

Your Profile

Graduation in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Informatics or comparable qualification
Several years of experience in product management within SAP Retail environments
Proven hands‑on experience in warehouse management systems
Deep understanding of retail fulfillment processes and SAP S/4 Retail functionality
Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English (German is a plus)
Impact‑driven personality with hands‑on mentality and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
