Analytics, big data and cloud technologies are essential to our business. In the world of digital distribution channels and social media, we have access to more information than ever before. In the area of data analytics, we conduct in-depth analyses to better understand the listening behaviour of music fans and thus optimally market our artists and improve the listening experience. The findings of our analysis have strategic implications, such as the engagement of talented artists, the design of marketing activities and the allocation of resources.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze large data sets, identify trends and patterns, and provide insights and recommendations to product and marketing teams.
  • Develop and implement tracking concepts for our website, mobile, and TV applications.
  • Conduct A/B tests and experiments to optimize user experience on Stage+ as well as marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Support the product development process by defining success criteria and performing hypothesis‑driven analysis.
  • Analyze marketing campaigns to evaluate effectiveness and ROI, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend optimizations.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track and measure Stage+ KPIs.
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and technologies in marketing and product analytics and provide recommendations for their incorporation into our processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing Analytics, Statistics, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field (master's degree is a plus).
  • 2–3 years of experience in product and/or marketing analytics, preferably in a consumer‑facing platform, app, or subscription‑based environment.
  • Experience with Google Tag Manager, Mixpanel, Adjust, and data visualization tools.
  • Basic understanding of finance to align performance data with business success metrics.
  • Strong project‑management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while delivering high‑quality results on time.
  • Knowledge of SQL, Python and Clarisights is a plus.
  • Proficiency in English (German skills are a plus, but a willingness to learn the language is required).
