Product Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

As a Product Marketing Manager, you will be the gear in between development and sales, and by that, making sure the decision-making on new innovations is led by concise market feedback. Further, you oversee the existing product portfolio and drive decision-making on maintaining the portfolio to stay best in class. Your role is vital to ensure flawless communication between the development and the market and vice versa. Apart from more generic product topics, your focus area will be the entire Hemro Home Product Portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the voice of the customer in the design and development of future portfolio innovations, ensuring customer needs and insights drive product development
  • Extract and define key benefits and product differentiation elements from the existing portfolio for marketing toolkits
  • Knowing the market, you will drive the product roadmap for future developments

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Closely collaborate with R&D, sales, and operational teams to ensure alignment of product portfolio initiatives with overall business objectives
  • Partner with the marketing team to provide insights and develop tools and content for effective storytelling and go-to-market strategies

Market & Competitor Analysis

  • Know the market and competitors and actively use this knowledge to drive the decision-making

Data Management & Processes

  • Drive operational excellence by leveraging and enhancing information flows and ways of working
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including engineering, manufacturing, marketing, sales and ensure cross-functional collaboration

Profile

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, or a related field
  • Business background with min. 3 years proven experience as Product Manager or similar role, preferably the coffee industry
  • Structured and organized attitude
  • Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on a clear, customer‑centric approach
  • Motivated to work in a very international team
  • Fluent in English
