Responsibilities

• Create product messaging & positioning for all RobCo products, including value propositions, differentiation, and use cases.
• Own and update the messaging framework used across sales, marketing, customer success and external communications.
• Translate complex robotic concepts into clear, customer‑centric language.
• Plan and execute comprehensive product & feature launches (internal & external), coordinating with product, engineering and sales teams.
• Produce technical content: datasheets, catalogs, feature documentation, solution briefs, use‑case factsheets, high‑level integration guides.
• Develop sales enablement materials: pitch decks, one‑pagers, battlecards, demo scripts.
• Facilitate enablement sessions so commercial teams can confidently communicate value.
• Conduct market & competitor analysis, track trends, and incorporate insights into messaging and enablement.
• Act as a liaison between product, engineering, revenue, and customer success, ensuring data‑driven feedback loops.
• Influence the product roadmap based on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications – Must Haves

• Strong technical background in robotics, automation, mechatronics, AI, hardware/software systems or comparable industrial technology.
• 3–7 years experience in product marketing, product management, pre‑sales engineering, solutions engineering or technical consulting.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to explain complex technologies understandably.
• Experience creating technical and commercial materials such as datasheets, whitepapers, and sales‑enablement documents.
• Strong project‑management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Fluency in English and German.

Nice‑to‑Have

• Experience in B2B/B2B2B industrial tech, robotics, automation or manufacturing software.
• Knowledge of RaaS, SaaS or hardware‑software ecosystems.
• Experience supporting international go‑to‑market teams (EU + USA).
• Familiarity with HubSpot.
