We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager - Strategic Account Management to drive measurable pipeline growth and incremental spend from Nemetschek's top strategic accounts through unified cross‑brand value propositions and Account‑Based Marketing excellence. Own and optimize ABM budget to accelerate enterprise sales cycles while developing sector‑specific technical content that positions integrated Nemetschek solutions as digital transformation enablers. Serve as a strategic marketing hub connecting SAM sellers, pre‑sales teams, and brand stakeholders to maximize cross‑brand revenue opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute ABM budget with clear ROI targets and pipeline influence measurement across strategic accounts
  • Design and optimize sector‑specific value proposition packages for strategic AEC accounts across multiple Nemetschek brands with revenue attribution tracking
  • Create and manage strategic account marketing programs including persona‑driven technical assets, content supporting ABM campaigns, customer pilots, and account‑specific engagement initiatives
  • Build and maintain scalable marketing operations framework adaptable to budget variations and strategic priorities, including central knowledge repository for cross‑brand materials
  • Collaborate closely with SAM sellers and pre‑sales teams to develop account‑specific campaigns, proposal support, and unified messaging across customer touchpoints
  • Track, analyze, and report on marketing influence metrics including pipeline acceleration, net new opportunities, incremental revenue attribution, and campaign performance
  • Coordinate cross‑brand positioning and messaging to ensure unified enterprise customer experience and eliminate marketing fragmentation costs
  • Support demo programs and proof‑of‑value development for strategic account expansion while facilitating cross‑functional collaboration in matrixed, multi‑brand organization

Requirements

  • 5+ years in product marketing, demand generation, or ABM roles, preferably in B2B software or technology companies
  • 3+ years in technical product marketing, ABM campaign management, or enterprise marketing roles within AEC/construction technology or similar B2B sectors
  • Strong technical background with deep familiarity of the AEC industry, BIM workflows, and construction technology software
  • Proven experience in Account‑Based Marketing (ABM) strategy, execution, and budget management
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non‑technical audiences
  • Demonstrated success in value proposition development for enterprise accounts
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing ROI measurement and pipeline attribution
  • Project management expertise with ability to coordinate across multiple stakeholders and brands in matrixed organizations
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools, content management systems, CRM platforms (Salesforce), and ABM technologies
  • Experience managing marketing budgets and optimizing spend allocation. Cross‑functional leadership abilities and comfort with revenue accountability
  • Up to 25% travel required for customer meetings, industry events, brand collaboration sessions, and internal alignment meetings. Travel may include domestic and international destinations

Preferred

  • MBA preferred but not required
  • Experience with construction technology, CAD/BIM software, or related AEC solutions highly preferred
  • Previous experience with enterprise accounts and multi‑brand marketing coordination strongly preferred
  • French or German language skills advantageous
  • Knowledge of digital transformation trends in construction industry and experience with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, etc.) a plus
  • ABM certification or demonstrable ABM expertise highly valued
  • Seniority level: Mid‑Senior level
