• You have completed a degree in the area of mathematics, computer science, natural sciences, or engineering or have a comparable educational background – business administration related aspects are also appreciated.
• You are capable of finding your bearings quickly in very diverse customer domains .
• Describing complex relationships in a fitting manner for the target group comes easy to you.
• You enjoy applying your pronounced organisational skills in projects.
• You share our appreciation for agile work culture and bring along an open mindset for it.
• Your language skills make it possible for you to perform your role in German (at least C1 level) and English (at least B2 level).

Salary information

Within our standardized and transparent salary framework, the gross annual salary of the position ranges from EUR 63,000 – 86,000 and is based on various factors such as qualifications and experience.

These tasks interest you

• In close cooperation with our customers, you shape the product vision and development strategy for complex individual software.
• You conceptualise workshops for requirements engineering with the stakeholders at our customers’ facilities.
• Together with our UI/UX Experts and Software Architects youdevelop concepts for implementing the software.
• You write user stories for requirements management and update them in the product backlog.
• You keep track of theproject progress and the team’s capacity utilisation and file reports.
• Together with us, you live and breathe agile software development in daily stand-up meetings, sprint reviews with customers and retrospective meetings with support from our Agile Coaches.
