Product Owner (m/f/d) for B2B Customer Portals

Your Responsibilities

• As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for the further development of our Salesforce-based B2B customer portal and, together with our specialist departments, ensure measurable benefits for customers and the company
• Working closely with stakeholders and development teams, you will seamlessly integrate requirements into roadmap planning, facilitate coordination, and build consensus among all parties involved
• You will translate business requirements into actionable user stories, including clear acceptance criteria (6Cs), prioritize the backlog, and manage increments along the roadmap
• Based on defined criteria, you will scrutinize, evaluate, and prioritize requirements, and consistently align priorities with business goals and user needs through dialogue with stakeholders
• Within a Scrum team, you will work closely with developers and other specialists to ensure a smooth exchange of technical expertise
• Throughout the Salesforce release cycle, you plan and validate releases, including UAT, regression testing, and go-live acceptance, and are responsible for relevant KPIs such as portal usage, case deflection, and NPS

Your Profile

• You have a degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, or a comparable qualification
• You bring several years of experience as a Product Owner in agile environments with a focus on Salesforce
• Ideally, you already have experience implementing Salesforce projects; knowledge of B2B Commerce and Experience Cloud is also an advantage
• Your strong communication skills enable you to address and persuade various stakeholders in a manner tailored to their specific needs
• Your work style is characterized by strong analytical and strategic thinking, as well as structure and personal responsibility
• You have very good German (C1+) and good English (B2+) skills
