We're seeking an experienced Product Owner to lead customer retention and drive long‑term engagement across our digital platforms. You'll own the strategy and execution for user accounts, engagement features, and community tools that keep travelers connected and coming back for their next adventure.

Your mission

• Define and execute the product roadmap for customer retention, including user accounts, loyalty programs, and engagement features
• Lead user research initiatives to deeply understand traveler behaviors, needs, and pain points
• Manage an interdisciplinary agile team of developers and designers
• At a later stage, drive mobile app development working closely with iOS and Android teams
• Analyze retention metrics and user behavior to identify opportunities and validate decisions
• Align cross‑functional stakeholders around retention goals and product strategy

Must have

• 4+ years product management experience with proven success in retention or engagement
• Strong track record developing user account systems and engagement features
• Hands‑on mobile app development experience (iOS/Android)
• Deep expertise in user research methodologies
• Proven experience in agile environments leading interdisciplinary teams
• E‑commerce or marketplace experience strongly preferred
