Product Owner MIGO Feedback Hub

Predict42 , the AI-first SaaS company behind the MIGO Feedback Hub , is scaling up. We help major enterprise clients turn scattered feedback of all types into actionable knowledge. To support our continued growth, we are restructuring our product organization into three focused streams: Platform (Data & ML), Innovation (Chat & AI), and Web Application (The main MIGO Hub).

We are looking for a tech-savvy Product Owner with 2-3 years of experience to take ownership of our Web/Mobile Application Team . While our CPO focuses on the holistic product strategy and the Platform Team builds the engine (providing logical core services ), you will lead the development of our primary user-facing SaaS product (application services ).

You will work directly with Backend Engineers, Frontend Engineers, and our UX Designer to build the robust, intuitive dashboards and features our customers use daily. You act as the critical link between our internal data services and the user experience, ensuring our application is built on solid technical standards and delivers world-class value.

The Role & Context

You will report directly to our Chief Product Officer (CPO) for product direction and roadmap alignment. Simultaneously, you will be guided on engineering standards, architecture, and technical feasibility by our Tribe Lead Engineering . You will collaborate with the Product Owners of the Platform and Innovation teams to ensure seamless integration across the MIGO ecosystem.

Responsibilities:

• Product Execution & Delivery: You take ownership of the Web Application backlog. You translate high-level roadmaps into actionable user stories, ensuring a steady flow of increments that solve real problems for our enterprise users.
• Design & Frontend Alignment: You collaborate closely with the UX Design team to define "Intuitive, World-Class Experiences". You translate visual designs into clear functional requirements for Frontend developers working in our Flutter framework . Experience in BI dashboard building is highly relevant here, as we build our own custom widgets.
• Technical Specification & Backend: You possess the technical depth to write detailed specifications for Backend developers (FastAPI ). You have a strong command of standard data models and API structures, ensuring that data integrity is never compromised.
• Interface Management: You bridge the gap between the Platform Team (providing logical core services, ML models, and data) and your Application Team (consuming them for user-facing features). You articulate clearly what your product needs from the platform to deliver value to the user.
• Agile Leadership: You operate in a data-driven, agile environment, managing sprints, refinements, and reviews to ensure we "Automate to Accelerate" and ship reliable features.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 2-3 years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager, or Technical PO in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Technical Background: You have a strong technical understanding (ideally a background as a developer or data analyst). You are comfortable reading JSON, understanding database schemas, and discussing REST APIs with engineers.
• AI & NLP Literacy: An understanding of AI concepts, particularly Natural Language Processing (NLP) , is important, as our core value proposition relies on analyzing and categorizing unstructured feedback.
• Analytics Savvy: You understand that decisions must be driven by data and metrics, not assumptions. You are comfortable working with analytics tools to verify feature success.
• Dual-Language Communication: You can switch fluently between discussing "User Value" with stakeholders/designers and "Technical Implementation" with engineers.
• Language: Native/Fluent German and English are required for our DACH-focused enterprise client base.

Market & Industry Requirements:

• Proficiency with modern agile management tools (e.g., Jira, Linear) and documentation platforms (Confluence, Notion).
• Solid understanding of modern web application stacks (e.g., how Flutter frontends interact with FastAPI backends).
• Experience in Data-Driven Products , Retail, or Customer Experience (CX) software is a strong plus.
• Strategic Impact: You are the owner of the main interface for thousands of users, directly influencing their daily workflow.
