Stellenbeschreibung:

Join TÜV Rheinland Group as a Product Owner for SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central.

Responsible for clarifying the project objectives and scope in consultation with the project stakeholders, including the definition of sub-projects and assignment of sub-project managers.
Leads, coordinates, and consolidates project planning, resourcing, staffing, supply and subcontract management, progress reporting, trouble‑shooting and stakeholder management.
Ensures detailed project plans, including work packages, activities and milestones, necessary to successfully implement the project are provided by sub‑project managers.
Ensures project results meet requirements regarding technical quality, reliability, schedule and cost.
Determines measures to evaluate the project results.
Monitors performance and recommends schedule changes, cost adjustments or resource additions.
Is responsible for project controlling, project status tracking, and the final report, including preparation of presentations and status reports.
Establishes a communication concept to ensure information flows between all project participants.
Manages other Project Managers within large projects.
Acts as a contact person for Executive Management to provide project updates and support decision making.
