Your range of tasks:

• Developing and implementing the product strategy for the warehouse management system in close alignment with business objectives
• Collaborating with stakeholders to capture and prioritize market and business requirements and creating and maintaining the product backlog
• Creating user stories and product backlog items based on customer requirements and ensuring the added value of each development through data analysis and user feedback
• Working closely with the development team, participating in sprint planning, standups and reviews and clarifying requirements and priorities
• Managing escalations, coordinating incidents and driving continuous improvement by identifying and resolving systemic issues

What you’ll bring:

• Completed apprenticeship in IT and/or logistics
• Several years of professional experience in demand or project management in the field of logistics
• Additional qualification or further training in agile project management (e.g., Scrum, Nexus)
• Strong communication and conflict management skills as well as a confident manner in challenging situations
• Ability to structure complex tasks, think critically and actively develop change processes
• Strong customer focus in the implementation of the required product backlog items
• Very good written and spoken German and good English skills
