As a Product Sales Specialist based in Germany, you will focus on growing order volume, managing customer accounts, supporting sales activities, coordinating product installations, and assisting with clinical evaluations. You should have a background in medical physics, engineering, or radiation therapy, along with strong communication skills in German and English. This is a home‑office‑based role with travel requirements of up to approximately 35%.

Job Description

  • Drive order growth by promoting and selling the company’s medical technology portfolio
  • Develop and manage customer accounts, from initial lead generation through deal closure
  • Participate in pre‑sales activities such as congresses, demonstrations, and product presentations
  • Coordinate and follow up on installation processes, including acceptance testing and training
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction for all completed installations
  • Travel up to ~35%, primarily within the DACH region and other selected European territories
  • Support clinical studies and trials related to the company’s solutions
  • Contribute to tender processes
  • Conduct field demonstrations of products
  • Assist with diverse sales and marketing initiatives and generate new leads
  • Operate from a home office; onboarding and training will take place at the employer’s headquarters (location withheld)

Preferred Experience

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in medical physics, engineering, or a related field
  • Experience as a medical physicist in radiation therapy or at least 5 years of sales experience in radiation therapy
  • Strong analytical, organisational, and time‑management skills
  • Excellent presentation skills in both German and English
  • Customer‑focused and results‑oriented mindset
  • Strong autonomy, curiosity, and willingness to learn
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams
  • Solid understanding of radiation therapy workflows
  • Strong listening and communication skills
  • Ability to work efficiently from a home‑office setup
