Product Scientist (f/m/d)

As a Product Scientist, you’ll take a hands-on role in our lab, developing and optimising our products and pioneering new ingredients that push the boundaries of taste and sustainability.

A Taste of What to Expect

• Develop and optimise innovative processes and products for our cocoa-free chocolate and future raw materials
• Plan and execute Design of Experiments (DoEs) to guide product development with data-driven decisions
• Conduct, analyse, and document experiments independently, from concept to validated results
• Contribute to patent applications
• Refine testing protocols, analytical methods, and lab equipment for accuracy, repeatability, and efficiency
• Work closely with our product development team to bridge lab results with scalable production solutions

The Perfect Recipe of Skills & Experience

• At least 2 years hands-on experience in product development within the food industry
• Proven track record in roasting, fermentation, and flavour development for food products
• Solid foundation in food science and food chemistry, with familiarity in relevant regulations
• Strong lab skills, you are comfortable designing, running, and analysing practical experiments
• Knowledge of patent processes and IP protection in product innovation
• Detail-oriented, precise, and methodical in documentation and experimental records
• Team player with a collaborative mindset and a drive to push boundaries in food innovation
