What You’ll Do

• Lead application security reviews, threat modeling, secure architecture assessments, and code review.
• Ensure software is built in line with SAP security standards and industry best practices.
• Own the application security testing program (SAST, DAST, SCA) and guide remediation with engineering teams.
• Architect and improve security tooling, automation, and CI/CD security integrations.
• Lead privacy impact assessments and data protection reviews; advise on data minimization, retention, and cross-border data flows.
• Own key security and compliance controls and contribute to SOC 2, ISO 27001, or equivalent audits.
• Develop and maintain security policies, standards, secure coding guidelines, and training materials.
• Mentor junior engineers and influence cross‑functional security decision‑making.

What You’ll Bring

• Extensive experience with application security, secure development practices, and modern software architectures.
• Deep knowledge of vulnerability classes, exploitability analysis, and remediation strategies.
• Strong understanding of privacy requirements and compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, CCPA, SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP).
• Ability to perform code‑level review in multiple languages.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Certifications like CISSP, OSCP, SANS are a bonus.
