Product Senior Specialist

Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end development of new insurance products and enhancements to existing offerings.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define product specifications, development strategies, and ensures technical requirements are translated and understood by key stakeholders.
• Ensure the product development complied with regulatory requirements and product filings.
• Develop and maintain product documentation including user requirements, user stories, and training materials.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on data analysis and customer feedback.
• Support the launch of new products through training, marketing, and operational readiness.
• Act as a subject matter expert on the operation of insurance products and provide guidance to internal teams.
• Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Line Manager or Company Management, in accordance with organizational needs and priorities.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degrees in business, Actuarial, Finance, Mathematics and/or Statistics major (master's degree would be an asset)
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in insurance product development, product portfolio management with a proven track record.
• Strong understanding of insurance principles, product lifecycle, and regulatory environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 
• Expertise in advanced analytics, data visualization with hand-on analytical solution development using SQL, BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, Qlik etc.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Excellent analytical, communication, and project management skills, certification in PM, BA is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and manage priorities.
