We\'re looking for a cracked founding engineer to help us reshape the €2 trillion EU-Tender-Market. You\'ll be employee #1, own massive chunks of the product and work directly with the founders. If you\'ve ever wanted to shape a company from day one, this is it.

About the Company

We 10xakquise.(de) work side-by-side with paying customers (we hit 15k MRR) and design partners to reshape how Europe gets built.

Every public building (stadium, school, hospital, museum etc) around you is the result of a planning office winning a public tender. Many applied, only one won. But for every firm, it costs a lot of resources.

Before AI, these costs were just costs these firms had to accept. But not anymore.

Enabled by AI, we support planning offices to win tenders 10× faster and easier. (One client saves up to €700k/year in labour costs.)

Our clients are very excited and invested, since they have never seen such a productivity boost in the tendering space (and some of them have been in business for 50+ years).

Qualifikation

Requirements

Must haves:

• Must meet the definition for cracked engineer: (reference)

Nice to haves:

• You've built and shipped at least one thing from scratch (startup, side project, or a project at work)
• Experience with AI tech stacks especially those revolving around RAG
• You have opinions about product and design, not just code

The interview process

We move fast and respect your time. This is the exact process you will go through:

1. Application (you are here) - We\'ll review and get back to you within 48 hours
2. Founders chat (15-45 mins) - We\'ll explore culture fit, talk about your background and answer your questions
3. Technical discussion (1 hour) - No leetcode. We\'ll discuss systems and dive deep into your technical decisions
4. Work Trial (1 day) - You will have the opportunity to build a real feature that our users need and ship it to production that same day.
5. Offer - If we\'re both excited, we\'ll make an offer within 24 hours
