Product Specialist Wheel Loader (m/f/x)

Your mission

• Lifecycle Management : Manage the product throughout its lifecycle, continuously gather feedback and analyze performance data to drive improvements

• Customer & Market Requirements : Collect and prioritize technical requirements from customers and stakeholders; collaborate closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams

• Prototype Supervision : Oversee pilot and prototype machine testing in the market and develop proposals for improvements based on feedback

• Technical Support : Provide technical support for sales, service teams, and customers

• Training Development : Create technical documentation and training materials for operators, service, and sales teams

• International Collaboration : Support Chinese development teams in customizing and enhancing wheel loaders for the European market

• Travel : Up to 70% travel within Europe and to China

Your profile

Must-haves:

• Successfully completed technical degree (B.Sc. or higher) in electrical engineering, automotive engineering, or a related field

• Solid knowledge in electrical engineering, software development, and functional safety

• Experience with electric vehicle technology design

• Analytical mindset, confident appearance, strong communication skills, and high customer orientation

• Fluent English (spoken and written)

• European class B driving license (class C is a plus)

• Willingness to travel internationally

Nice-to-haves:

• Knowledge of legal certification requirements for vehicles in Europe

• Experience in documenting and managing functional safety requirements (e.g. FMEA)

• Background in service, training material development, or machine commissioning

• Additional languages such as French, Spanish, or Chinese are a plus
