Your responsibilities

You will work closely with European sites to support the implementation of operational excellence. You will contribute to the evaluation and deployment of continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean manufacturing principles. You will provide technical expertise on equipment and processes, and you will have significant experience in problem solving and implementing improvements.

As a confident communicator, you excel at cross-functional collaboration and working with stakeholders at all levels. Innovative and performance-driven, you will ensure that our future capabilities are aligned with the future needs of our customers. You will take pride in working collaboratively with all functions, including Quality and Health & Safety, to deploy best practices and advance Industrial Excellence.

Profile required

Training

• Knowledge of regulations, best practices, and risk management in health and safety in an industrial environment.
• Significant experience in operational excellence, combined with strong leadership skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
• Proven experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in industrial operations.
• Strong understanding of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously, while meeting deadlines and delivering expected results.
• Ability to travel internationally.
• Desired language: French.

Experience

Significant experience in operational excellence, combined with strong leadership skills.

Technical skills

Proven experience in process improvement, cost reduction, and efficiency gains in industrial operations.
