About the Role
As part of the Fever Originals team, you will use data and insights to create one‑of‑a‑kind events and experiences that allow people to have unforgettable moments. We are looking for an experienced, passionate, and critical‑thinking Producer to lead the production of our largest experiences. This role requires flexibility, creativity, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while staying within budget. The ideal candidate has a proven track record in the production of live events, permanent attractions and/or immersive experiences.
You will:
- Manage all aspects of event production, including pre‑production logistics planning, vendor selection, hiring, and onsite execution.
- Develop and manage event production budgets, optimize resources, identify revenue‑generating opportunities, and implement cost‑saving measures.
- Oversee day‑to‑day production activities, including milestone planning and production timelines.
- Collaborate closely with technical leads, designers, and external partners.
- Source and manage construction consultants and companies for venue remediation of permanent installations.
- Plan and execute all necessary preparations needed to schedule and pass all required inspections to obtain event and/or building permits.
- Meet insurance requirements, complete risk assessments, and be knowledgeable of local regulations and best practices.
- Source, negotiate, and manage local staffing agencies required for event staffing.
- Plan and order all operational supplies needed for show installation.
- Ensure deliverables are met on time and at the highest quality, with a focus on audience engagement and innovation.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication across all phases of production.
- Handle administrative duties including expense reports, invoicing, and working with the legal department on contracts.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in live events and/or experience production industry.
- Professional fluency in German and English; other languages are a plus.
- Ability to pull together multiple aspects of an event in an organized and efficient way in a fast‑paced environment.
- Innovative mindset to identify cutting‑edge solutions in production.
- Proven experience in vendor negotiations, managing production budgets, and production issues such as permitting, rules, and regulations.
- Understanding of technical production requirements and basic knowledge of fabrication processes.
- Strong network of vendors and venues.
- Curious, eager to learn, and capable of picking up new skills quickly.
- Able to communicate with various stakeholders, working collaboratively and willing to be hands‑on.
- Solution‑focused, identifying problem areas and creating plans to find resolutions.

Our Hiring Process
- 30‑minute video call with a Talent Acquisition Manager to discuss career plan, cultural fit, and answer questions.
- 60‑minute online test covering logic, analytics, and written understanding.
- 45‑minute video call with the future manager, including a business case presentation.
This role is located in Berlin.
Employees are expected to be in the Berlin office Monday to Thursday with the possibility to work from home on Fridays.
