Production Planning Specialist (PMO)

Are you passionate about motorsport and precision planning? Hyundai Motorsport is seeking a Production Planner to lead and execute production and upgrade planning activities for our cutting‑edge motorsport programmes.

You’ll play a key role in ensuring the timely availability of components and assemblies, working closely with internal teams and external suppliers to meet performance and quality targets.

• Assess and review component requirements for upcoming motorsport events.
• Ensure stock levels meet operational and performance goals.
• Collaborate with Forecasting Lead and PMO Manager to develop forward‑looking production plans.
• Align planning with programme milestones and race schedules.
• Organize manufacturing and delivery of prototype and production‑intent components.
• Liaise with internal departments and external suppliers to ensure quality and timelines.
• Verify availability of rebuild kits and sub‑assemblies.
• Plan and coordinate repair activities internally or with approved suppliers.
• Maintain accurate records of stock levels, usage rates, and replenishment needs.
• Identify and resolve inefficiencies or bottlenecks in planning and production.
• Act as a key interface between engineering, procurement, logistics, and workshop teams.
