Tasks:

• Manage one or multiple work packages, ensuring compliance with work specifications, technical offers, and contracts.
• Oversee activities related to safety, performance, cost, time, and quality.
• Coordinate with clients through meetings, delivery notes, and action follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Adapt human resources, ensure material and resource availability, and define workflows according to contract requirements.
• Analyze and improve processes, ensure productivity, and manage project scope.
• Handle administrative team management, including scheduling, holidays, and performance evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, environment standards, and internal rules.
• Lead team meetings, promote multicultural team dynamics, and manage social and intercultural topics.

Requirements:

• Experience managing installation/removal of engine/Fan cowl projects (preferred).
• Technical engineering degree with 3+ years in the sector and management experience of 3-5 years.
• Knowledge of aeronautical environment, management methods, and production activities.
• Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, Airbus internal tools; multilingual skills (English, French, German) are a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, organize priorities, and lead meetings.
